A lot of you have been following the images, ideas and character changes as I’ve been developing this story, so I wanted to share the finished first volume with you properly.
Volume 1 — The First Ripple contains 126 full-colour story pages and is available as a digital PDF.
For those of you who are new to the story, or who have only seen some of the images I’ve posted here, here’s a short description of the book:

Krishna’s career starts to fall apart just as new opportunities begin opening for Madhavi. Around them, workplaces, government policies, family expectations and social customs slowly begin shifting as the growing JKB movement encourages women to become more independent, confident and self-reliant.
Their family begins changing too.
Lakshmi, who has spent decades putting her husband, children and household first, begins asking herself a simple question she has rarely considered:
What do I want?
Meanwhile Sumitra, an ACP with a much more analytical and independent personality, watches the changing society with both interest and caution.
Volume 1 is only the beginning.
The complete role reversal has not happened yet. This volume shows the first ripple — the point where careers begin changing direction, traditional expectations start loosening, and choices that once seemed impossible slowly begin becoming normal.
